Sockets Three standard white double sockets per room. A typical 3-bed property includes 18 socket points.
Lighting One standard pendant light and single switch per room, with two-way switching for the landing where required.
Fire Detection Two wired smoke alarms and one heat alarm as the standard provision, subject to the requirements of the property.
Bathroom One bathroom extractor fan and switch.
Boiler One boiler electrical circuit / supply.
Cooking One cooker / hob circuit and one kitchen extractor hood supply.
Consumer Unit One new consumer unit with RCBO protection.
Earthing & Bonding New main earthing terminal and bonding conductors supplied or upgraded where required.
Accessories Standard white plastic electrical accessories throughout.
Testing Inspection, testing and commissioning of the completed installation.
